Wisconsin’s terrific recruiting stretch since the start of June continued on Friday with a commitment from four-star class of 2025 wide receiver Eugene Hilton Jr.
His commitment is the program’s eighth since the start of June and fifth since the start of the week. Those additions since the start of official visits are four-star OT Logan Powell, three-star OT Logan Davenport, three-starCB Rukeem Stroud, three-star CB Jahmare Washington, three-star TE Nizyi Davis, three-star DL Torin Pettaway, four-star LB Mason Posa and now Hilton.

The top-ranked wide receiver is 247Sports’ No. 395 player in the class of 2025, No. 63 wide receiver and No. 7 recruit from his home state of Indiana. Notably, he chose the Badgers over top programs including Georgia, Ole Miss, Miami and Missouri.
His commitment brings Wisconsin’s class of 2025 up to 19 total commitments — a number that will continue to rise with the program set for another busy weekend of official visits.
Head coach Luke Fickell and his staff continued an impressive response after their record-breaking 2024 cycle that saw the class finishing in the nation’s top 25 with a blue-chip ratio of 50%. The additions of Posa and Hilton have the class of 2025 rising to an even higher national ranking.
