Our internet signal has been crazy erratic for months, especially after we cut our cable service.Comcast tech is here and believes he sees the problem -- multiple amplifiers / boosters previously utilized for the cable signal.Hopefully he's correct.

Well, the lady I spoke to at Comcast on Friday was demanding I provide her with a model number for my model despite nothing on it saying model number. She told me she couldn't help me unless I provided her with this info that I had no way to provide.

@Xfinity Yes. The wifi goes in and out every 2-3 minutes. While it is multiple devices (2 laptops and 2 phones), we are always online like that and haven't had issues until last week during the day.

@Vuduchick Other than Comcast/Xfinity (which is the only top tier provider where I live), and a few months left on Direct Stream TV, I never use any of these other companies. Walmart? Hell no, awful Anheuser products? F no. No master card, Match, Nationwide, Monster, etc. They can suck it.

@ATT going on my 3rd day without fiber and all I get from support since day 1 is that it should be done in 24 hours. That was 30 hours ago. I never had over 12 hours down with xfinity.
