Deze week deel ik niet 20, maar 25 quotes over het belang van leren, groei en ontwikkeling. Persoonlijk ben ik echt verslaafd aan groei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Elke dag wil ik blijvengroeien 😉
Mijn hele leven richt ik dan ook in het teken van mijn eigen ontwikkeling.
Zo beluister ik dagelijks inspirerende podcasts. Heb ik dit jaar via Storytell 30 boeken beluisterd, 10 fysieke boeken gelezen en diverse online trainingen gevolgd.
Daarnaast heb ik in anderhalf jaar 2 nieuwe websites gelanceerd met zo’n 200 artikelen in totaal.
En heb ik nieuwe routines ontwikkeld, zoals 3 keer per week zwemmen in natuurwater.
Ja dat doe ik nog steeds 🙂
Zo ben ik nu ook zo’n Wim Hof fan (wappie) geworden en ervaar ik nu wekelijks de kracht van het koude water. Moment van schrijven is halverwege december en ik ben niet van plan om ermee te stoppen 😉
Dit allemaal om mezelf continu een stapje beter te maken.
Leren (en toepassen) is een belangrijke vaardigheid.
Maar vergeet niet: alleen toegepaste kennis is van waarde. Zonder actie geen resultaat.
Om je leven te verbeteren, moet je een doelbewuste inspanning leveren om te leren en actie ondernemen om de juiste dingen te doen die je beter kunnen maken.

Je moet bereid zijn om te leren als je enige vorm van groei of persoonlijke ontwikkeling wilt ervaren.
Bovendien houdt het leren van nieuwe dingen je hersenen actief en gezond en helpt het je mentale functies te behouden en onderhouden.
Dat gezegd hebbende, het proces van leren is niet altijd gemakkelijk.
Soms is het moeilijk en zelfs ongemakkelijk om nieuwe dingen te leren.
Iets leren vergt veel inzet en toewijding, daarom kan een beetje extra motivatie geen kwaad.
